Cint Kortmann studied sociology and started his career as a Labour Union consultant for Dutch city councils. After that he became a teacher at the Enschede School of Economics and worked as HR manager at Philips ‘Telecommunications and Data Systems’, Fischer Rosemount and Centraal Beheer Achmea. In 1997 Cint decided to start his own HR consultancy firm called Ssense. One year later he also established A Sure Talent. The organisation, now named Talent&Pro, has grown to a size of more than 400 employees working throughout the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany and China. Besides Ssense and Talent&Pro Cint Kortmann became shareholder of various other companies named Promeo, Broadway Academy, Sure 123 and Mé-Doc and is always looking for further opportunities to invest. Cint is member of the advisory board at the ‘Saxion’school of Management & Law in Enschede

Outside work Cint enjoys travelling, good food and fine wine. So it should be no surprise to tell you he owns a house in Santenay, a famous wine region in Burgundy, France.

Cint is married to Lieke Zwanenburg and is father to a daughter called Jonne.
